I was extremely impressed with the course. Smaller numbers meant that I was able to benefit from individual attention and receive much-valued feedback from the rest of the group. I had never taken time to examine how others felt I came across before and the constructive critism given by the course leader has been enormously applicable in both my personal and professional life.
